Cucumber Water

If you know me at all, you know that I love QUICK, EASY recipes. Try this yummy “recipe” for Cucumber water. You’ll find it in spas everywhere, so why not have it in your own home?! It’s a great way to get more water into your system!

The Recipe:

Cut cucumber into slices.

Add water.

I know this is a complicated recipe. Do you need to read that again? Feel free to reach out to me if you have questions!

 

By the way, we need a lotta watta each day! Drink at least 64 ounces, but a better recommendation is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces. Instead of adding packets of sugary stuff to make your water taste better, use cucumbers or your favorite fruit to flavor  your water. Cheers!
